REF3020AIDBZT TI Voltage Reference
The REF3020 is a precision low-power series voltage reference providing 2.048V output with ±0.2% initial accuracy and 50ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient. It operates from 2.508V to 5.5V input and consumes only 50µA maximum quiescent current while delivering up to 25mA output current. The device requires no output capacitor for stability but allows up to 10µF capacitive load without oscillation. Low output noise of 19µVp-p (0.1Hz to 10Hz) makes it suitable for precision applications. Selection is ideal for battery-powered and portable instrumentation requiring stable reference. Applications include 8- to 12-bit data converters (ADCs/DACs), portable medical equipment, industrial control loops, and automotive sensors.
