REF3030AIDBZR TI Voltage Reference

The REF3030 is a precision, low-power, low-dropout series voltage reference providing a fixed 3.0 V output. It features an initial accuracy of ±0.2% and a low temperature coefficient of 50 ppm/°C (max). The device operates from 3.05 V to 5.5 V, drawing only 50 µA (max) quiescent current, and can deliver up to 25 mA of output current. It requires no external capacitor for stability but allows up to 10 µF capacitive load without oscillation. Output noise is low (31 µVp-p at 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz). Packaged in a 3-pin SOT-23-3 (DBZ), it is ideal for battery-powered and portable instrumentation, 8- to 12-bit data converters, and industrial control loops.
