REF3130AIDBZR TI Voltage Reference

The REF3130 is a precision series voltage reference providing a fixed 3.0V output with 0.2% initial accuracy and 15ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient. It operates from 3.2V to 5.5V input and consumes only 95µA typical supply current while delivering up to 10mA output current. The device features low output noise of 39µVp-p (0.1Hz to 10Hz) and high long-term stability. The REF3130 is available in SOT-23-3 package for space-constrained designs. It requires no external capacitor for stability, though a 0.1µF output capacitor may improve transient response. Selection is ideal for precision data conversion and low-power portable instrumentation. Applications include 8- to 16-bit ADC and DAC reference inputs, portable medical equipment, industrial process control instrumentation, and battery-powered test and measurement systems requiring stable reference with low power consumption.
