REF3140AIDBZR TI Voltage Reference
The REF3140 is a precision, low-power, low-dropout series voltage reference providing a fixed 4.096-V output . It features initial accuracy of ±0.2% and a low temperature coefficient of 20 ppm/°C maximum. The device operates from a 4.146-V to 5.5-V input and consumes only 135 μA typical quiescent current, making it ideal for portable and battery-powered equipment. Output current capability is ±10 mA. The REF3140 requires no load capacitor and is stable with any capacitive load, simplifying system design. Output noise is 53 μVp-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz). Packaged in a 3-pin SOT-23 (DBZ), this voltage reference is suitable for data acquisition systems, medical devices, and handheld test instruments requiring a stable 4.096-V reference for ADC/DAC applications.
