REF3325AIDBZR TI Voltage Reference
The REF3325 is a precision low-power series voltage reference providing 2.5V output with 0.15% initial accuracy and 30ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient. It operates from 2.55V to 5.5V input and consumes only 3.9µA typical quiescent current, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. The device delivers up to 5mA output current with low output noise of 43µVp-p (0.1Hz to 10Hz). The REF3325 is stable with 0.1µF to 10µF capacitive loads. Selection is ideal for low-power portable instrumentation requiring stable reference. Applications include portable medical devices, battery-powered data acquisition systems, 12-bit ADC and DAC references, industrial process control, and wireless sensor nodes requiring low power and small SOT-23 package.
