The REF3330AIDBZR is a low-power precision series voltage reference from Texas Instruments in 3-pin SOT-23 (DBZ) package , providing fixed 3.0 V output. For selection, verify supply from 3.1 V to 5.5 V, fixed 3.0 V output with ±0.15% initial accuracy, typical temperature coefficient of 30 ppm/°C, quiescent current of 3.9 µA max, output current of 5 mA, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
