REF3425IDBVR TI Voltage Reference
The REF3425 is a precision series voltage reference providing fixed 2.5V output with 0.05% initial accuracy and 6ppm/°C typical temperature coefficient. It operates from 2.55V to 12V input and consumes only 95µA typical supply current. The device delivers up to 10mA output current with ultra-low output noise of 4.5µVp-p (0.1Hz to 10Hz). Excellent line and load regulation make it suitable for high-precision data conversion. Industrial temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. Packaged in SOT-23-6. Selection is ideal for high-precision 16-bit ADC and DAC reference inputs requiring ultra-low drift.
