REF3433IDBVR TI Voltage Reference

The REF3433 is a precision, low-drift voltage reference with a fixed 3.3-V output, operating from a 3.35-V to 12-V input. It features 0.05% initial accuracy and a temperature coefficient of 6 ppm/°C (max), with an output current drive of ±10 mA. The device consumes 95 µA maximum quiescent current and offers excellent long-term stability. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23 (DBV), it is ideal for precision data conversion in portable and industrial systems.
