REF5025AIDGKR TI Voltage Reference
The REF5025 is a precision series voltage reference providing a fixed 2.5V output with 0.05% initial accuracy and an ultra-low temperature coefficient of 3ppm/°C (typical). It operates from a 2.7V to 18V input and consumes only 1.2mA typical supply current while delivering up to 10mA output current. The device features ultra-low output noise of 9.6µVp-p (0.1Hz to 10Hz) and excellent long-term stability (45ppm typical after 1000 hours). Hysteresis is 100ppm typical. Packaged in an 8-pin VSSOP (DGK), it is ideal for 16-bit ADC/DAC references, precision test equipment, and medical instrumentation requiring a stable 2.5V reference with ultra-low drift and noise.
