REF5030AIDR TI Voltage Reference

The REF5030 is a precision series voltage reference providing a fixed 3.0V output with 0.1% initial accuracy. It operates from 3.2V to 18V input and consumes only 1.2mA typical supply current (800µA quiescent). The device delivers up to 10mA output current and maintains excellent temperature stability.
