REF5050AIDR TI Voltage Reference
The REF5050 is a precision series voltage reference providing a fixed 5.0 V output with 0.05% initial accuracy and an ultra-low temperature coefficient of 3 ppm/°C (typical). It operates from 5.2 V to 18 V input and consumes only 1.2 mA typical supply current while delivering up to 10 mA output current. The device features ultra-low output noise of 9.6 µVp-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz) and excellent long-term stability. High line and load regulation (20 ppm/V and 25 ppm/mA) make it suitable for high-precision data conversion.
