SCANSTA112SMX/NOPB TI Specialized
SCANSTA112SMX/NOPB is a RoHS-compliant lead-free IEEE 1149.1 JTAG scan bridge controller from Texas Instruments, developed for cost-sensitive high-volume commercial electronic products. It functions as a JTAG signal multiplexer to realize hierarchical test structures, connecting one primary test port to multiple secondary scan chains and supporting daisy-chain topology for batch device testing. All standard IEEE 1149.1 JTAG operating modes are implemented, including bypass, sample/preload and scan operations, with a 3-wire serial port for device configuration. It runs on 3V to 3.6V supply, features low power draw and ESD protection, with operating temperature from -40°C to 85°C.
