SE555P TI Programmable Timers and Oscillators
The SE555P is a precision timing circuit capable of producing accurate time delays and oscillation, specified for military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C . It operates from 4.5V to 18V supply with maximum frequency of 100kHz and supply current of 10mA typical . The device features high current output of 200mA sink or source, adjustable duty cycle, and TTL-compatible output . The SE555P operates in both astable (free-running) and monostable (one-shot) modes, with timing from microseconds to hours using external RC components. Packaged in 8-pin PDIP for through-hole mounting. Selection is ideal for precision timing in military, industrial, and harsh environment applications requiring extended temperature range.
