The SIP32431DNP3‑T1GE4 from Vishay SiP32431 is a high‑side load switch using a P‑channel FET for 1.5 V–5.5 V rails up to 1 A continuous (1.4 A peak). For selection, 105 mΩ typical on‑resistance minimizes IR drop, slew‑rate control suppresses inrush, and sub‑µA shutdown with reverse‑current blocking protects the source and load without extra diodes. It integrates logic‑level enable, quick output discharge, ESD protection and thermal shutdown in a 1.6 × 1.2 mm TDFN‑4 package rated ‑40 °C to +85 °C. In application, it sequences power rails in smartphones, tablets, wearables, IoT sensor nodes and USB peripherals; hot‑swaps modules in networking and storage; and powers microcontrollers, sensors, cameras and LED sub‑systems across industrial handhelds, portable medical devices, tracking/logistics equipment, and small renewable‑energy controllers where compact size, low quiescent drain and safe inrush management are critical.
