SN55115J is a military-grade dual differential line receiver from Texas Instruments, designed for ultra-reliable communication in aerospace, military and harsh industrial environments. It includes two fully independent differential receiver channels with a wide ±15V common-mode input voltage range and standard TTL compatible logic outputs. Users can select open-collector or active pull-up output structures, and each channel offers independent frequency response adjustment, strobe control and optional 130Ω on-chip termination resistors. The device supports data rates up to 10Mbps over twisted pair cables, powered by 4.5V to 5.5V supply with low quiescent current. It operates steadily from -55°C to 125°C in a hermetically sealed package. Engineers select it for military avionics, aerospace data buses, industrial RS-422/RS-485 networks and high-reliability long-distance differential data links.
