The SN6501DBVR is a low-noise low-EMI push-pull transformer driver from Texas Instruments in 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package, designed for small isolated power supplies. For selection, verify input from 2.25V to 5.5V, output current up to 350mA, fixed 400kHz switching frequency, soft-start to limit inrush current, quiescent current of 0.5mA typical, shutdown current of 0.1µA typical, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
