SN6501QDBVRQ1 TI Transformers
The SN6501-Q1 is an automotive-grade transformer driver for isolated power supplies, qualified for AEC-Q100, operating from a 3-V to 5.5-V input. It features a push-pull converter architecture with a 410-kHz (typical) switching frequency, providing low EMI and high efficiency while delivering up to 1.5 W of isolated power.
