The SN6501-Q1 is an automotive-grade transformer driver for isolated power supplies, qualified for AEC-Q100, operating from a 3-V to 5.5-V input. It features a push-pull converter architecture with a 410-kHz (typical) switching frequency, providing low EMI and high efficiency while delivering up to 1.5 W of isolated power. The device includes soft-start, current limiting, and thermal shutdown. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23, the SN6501 is ideal for generating isolated rails in automotive and industrial systems.
