The SN65HVD232Q-Q1 is an automotive-grade, 3.3-V CAN transceiver qualified for AEC-Q100, compliant with ISO 11898-2. It supports data rates up to 1 Mbps and is intended for use with TI's 3.3-V DSPs with CAN controllers . The device features bus/pin ESD protection exceeding 15-kV HBM, cross-wire protection, loss-of-ground protection, and overvoltage protection. It provides a differential transmit and receive interface to the CAN bus, operating over a –2V to 7V common-mode range. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D) , it is ideal for automotive and industrial networks requiring a low-power, 3.3-V CAN interface, including body control modules, battery management systems, and infotainment gateways.
