The SN65HVD234 is a 3.3V CAN transceiver compliant with ISO 11898-2 standard, supporting data rates up to 1Mbps. It features low-power standby mode with wake-up capability and wide common-mode range. The device operates from 4.5V to 5.5V supply (with 3.3V logic interface) and consumes 10mA typical supply current. Thermal shutdown and current-limiting protection are included. Selection is ideal for low-voltage CAN networks.
