The SN65LVDS180D is a single-channel, full-duplex LVDS transceiver from Texas Instruments, combining one differential line driver and one differential line receiver in a single package . It operates from a single 3.3V supply (3V to 3.6V) and is designed for data rates up to 150 Mbps (200 MHz switching frequency) . The driver translates LVTTL/LVCMOS input levels into LVDS differential outputs with a typical propagation delay of 2.7 ns, while the receiver translates LVDS inputs back to LVTTL/LVCMOS outputs . The receiver includes failsafe circuitry that guarantees a logic-high output under open, terminated, or shorted input conditions .
