The SN65LVDS93BIDGGRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) flatlink transmitter from Texas Instruments that converts 28 bits of LVCMOS data into four LVDS data streams. It operates at a pixel clock frequency up to 135 MHz, supporting resolutions up to SXGA (1280 × 1024) with 24-bit color depth. The device operates from a single 3.3V supply and features low power consumption with a power-down mode. It includes spread spectrum clocking support for reduced EMI. Housed in a 56-pin TSSOP (DGG) package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C. Applications include automotive infotainment displays, digital instrument clusters, medical imaging monitors, and any system requiring high-speed, low-power video data transmission with AEC-Q100 qualification.
