SN65MLVD128DGGR is a high-speed M-LVDS differential transceiver from Texas Instruments, packaged in 48-TSSOP, for low-power high-speed serial communication. It integrates one transmitter and one receiver channel, supporting data rates up to 1.5Gbps and complying with LVDS and M-LVDS industry standards. It provides adjustable output swing and adaptive equalization, plus clock data recovery function to compensate cable attenuation and jitter. The device has low power consumption and complete ESD protection, operating on 2.5V to 3.3V supply across -40°C to 85°C. It is selected for industrial control field buses, automotive infotainment data links, high-speed data acquisition equipment and portable high-rate serial communication products requiring low power and high reliability.
