SN74AC14PWR TI Gates and Inverters
The SN74AC14 is a hex Schmitt-trigger inverter with advanced CMOS performance, operating from 2V to 6V supply. It features six inverting buffers with built-in hysteresis for improved noise immunity and tolerance of slow or noisy input signals. Output drive is ±24mA at 5V with propagation delay of 7ns typical. Quiescent current is 40µA maximum. Packaged in 14-pin TSSOP. Selection is ideal for high-speed CMOS systems requiring noise-immune logic inversion.
