SN74AC74DR TI Flip Flops

The SN74AC74 is a dual positive-edge-triggered D-type flip-flop with independent preset and clear inputs, operating from 2 V to 6 V supply. It provides true and complementary outputs (Q and Q̄) for each flip-flop, with high output drive capability of ±24 mA at 5 V. Propagation delay is 7 ns typical at 5 V.
