SN74ACT14PWR TI Gates and Inverters
The SN74ACT14 is a hex Schmitt-trigger inverter with TTL-compatible input thresholds, operating from 4.5V to 5.5V supply. It features built-in hysteresis on all inputs for improved noise immunity and tolerance of slow or noisy input signals. The device provides high output drive of ±24mA with propagation delay of 9ns typical at 5V. Schmitt-trigger inputs convert slowly changing analog signals into clean digital outputs. Selection is ideal for signal conditioning in mixed TTL/CMOS 5V systems.
