SN74ACT374PWR TI Flip Flops
The SN74ACT374 is an octal edge-triggered D-type flip-flop with 3-state outputs, operating from a 4.5-V to 5.5-V supply. Data is captured on the positive clock transition, and output enable (OE) places outputs in a high-impedance state for bus sharing. The device features TTL-compatible inputs for direct interfacing with TTL logic, high output drive, and a typical propagation delay of 8 ns. Packaged in a 20-pin TSSOP (PW), it is ideal for 5-V mixed TTL/CMOS bus-oriented systems requiring octal data storage.
