SN74AHC14QDRQ1 TI Gates and Inverters
The SN74AHC14-Q1 is an automotive-grade hex Schmitt-trigger inverter qualified for AEC-Q100 applications. It operates from 2V to 5.5V and features built-in hysteresis on all inputs for improved noise immunity and tolerance of slow or noisy input signals. The device provides high output drive of ±8mA at 5V and low static power consumption of 20µA maximum. Selection is recommended for automotive electronic control units (ECUs).
