SN74AHC573PWR TI Latches

The SN74AHC573 is an octal transparent D-type latch with 3-state outputs, operating from 2V to 5.5V supply. When latch enable (LE) is high, data passes through to outputs; when LE is low, data is latched. Output enable (OE) places outputs in high-impedance state for bus sharing. Propagation delay is 9.6ns typical at 5V. The device provides high drive capability of ±8mA at 5V and low quiescent current of 4µA maximum. Selection is ideal for high-speed CMOS systems requiring transparent latching for bus interfaces. Applications include I/O port expansion, address latching for microprocessors, bidirectional bus interfaces, and temporary data storage in industrial controls.
