The SN74AHCT367 is a hex buffer and line driver with 3-state outputs, featuring two independent sections (four buffers with an enable and two buffers with an enable). It operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply with TTL-compatible input thresholds for direct interfacing with TTL logic. The outputs are non-inverting, providing high drive capability and a propagation delay of 7.5 ns typical. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC, it is ideal for 5-V mixed TTL/CMOS bus-oriented systems requiring flexible enable control.
