SN74AHCT573PWR TI Latches
The SN74AHCT573 is an octal transparent D-type latch with 3-state outputs, operating from 4.5V to 5.5V supply. It features TTL-compatible input thresholds for direct interfacing with TTL logic while providing CMOS output levels and propagation delay of 12ns typical. The device includes a latch enable input (LE) that passes data to outputs when high and latches data when low, plus an output enable (OE) that places outputs in high-impedance state. Quiescent current is 4µA maximum. Selection is ideal for 5V mixed TTL/CMOS systems requiring transparent latching. Applications include I/O port expansion, address and data latching for microprocessors, bidirectional bus interfaces, and temporary data storage in industrial controls, automotive electronics, and computing peripherals.
