SN74AHCT574DWR TI Flip Flops
The SN74AHCT574 is an octal edge-triggered D-type flip-flop with 3-state outputs, operating from 4.5V to 5.5V supply. It features TTL-compatible input thresholds for direct interfacing with TTL logic while providing CMOS output levels. On the positive clock transition, outputs are set to logic levels at the data inputs. A buffered output enable places the eight outputs in high-impedance state for bus sharing. The device provides high drive capability and propagation delay of 11ns typical at 5V. Selection is ideal for 5V mixed TTL/CMOS bus-oriented systems. Applications include buffer registers, working registers, I/O ports for microprocessor systems, and bidirectional bus drivers in industrial controls, automotive electronics, and computing peripherals.
