SN74ALVC125PWR TI Buffers, Drivers, Receivers, Transceivers
The SN74ALVC125 is a quad bus buffer gate with 3-state outputs, operating from a 1.65-V to 3.6-V supply. It features four independent non-inverting buffers, each with its own active-low output enable for flexible bus control. The device has 5-V tolerant inputs for mixed-voltage translation and provides high output drive of ±24 mA at 3.3 V with a typical propagation delay of 2.6 ns. Maximum quiescent current is 20 μA. Packaged in a 14-pin TSSOP (PWR) (5 mm × 4.4 mm), the SN74ALVC125 is ideal for low-voltage bus-oriented systems requiring quad independent buffering.
