SN74AUC17RGYR TI Gates and Inverters

The SN74AUC17 is a hex Schmitt-trigger buffer with non-inverting outputs, operating from a 0.8-V to 2.7-V supply (optimized for 1.8-V operation). It features built-in hysteresis for improved noise immunity and tolerance of slow or noisy input signals, with an output drive of ±8-mA at 1.8-V. Packaged in a 14-pin VQFN (RGY) (3.5 mm × 3.5 mm), it is ideal for wave shaping and line conditioning in ultra-low-voltage portable systems.
