It features open-drain output capable of sinking up to 8 mA and withstanding up to 2.7 V. The device provides low static power consumption and is ideal for ultra-low-voltage applications . Propagation delay is 2.2 ns typical at 1.8 V. Selection is ideal for ultra-low-voltage logic inversion with open-drain output.
