SN74AUC1G14DBVR TI Gates and Inverters
The SN74AUC1G14 is a single Schmitt-trigger inverter operating from 0.8V to 2.7V supply (optimized for 1.8V operation). It features built-in hysteresis for improved noise immunity and tolerance of slow or noisy input signals. Output drive is ±8mA at 1.8V, with propagation delay of 2.2ns typical.
