SN74AVC16T245DGVR TI Translators, Level Shifters
The SN74AVC16T245 is a 16-bit dual-supply non-inverting bus transceiver with configurable voltage translation and 3-state outputs . It operates with VCCA and VCCB independently from 1.2 V to 3.6 V, supporting universal translation between 1.2-V, 1.8-V, 2.5-V, and 3.3-V nodes. The DIR pin controls data flow, and the OE pin places outputs in high-impedance state. The device supports high-speed data rates with a propagation delay of 2.4 ns. Packaged in a 48-pin TVSOP (DGV) (9.7 mm × 4.4 mm), this transceiver is ideal for mixed-voltage system interfaces requiring 16-bit wide translation.
