SN74AVC4T245DGVR TI Translators, Level Shifters

The SN74AVC4T245 is a 4-bit dual-supply non-inverting bus transceiver with configurable voltage-level shifting and 3-state outputs. It operates with VCCA and VCCB independently from 1.2 V to 3.6 V, supporting universal translation between 1.2 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V voltage nodes. The device features direction control and output enable for bidirectional data flow. Propagation delay is 2.4 ns typical, with 12 mA output drive capability at 3.3 V. Quiescent current is 16 µA maximum. Packaged in 16-pin TSSOP (DGV), this transceiver is ideal for mixed-voltage system interfaces requiring 4-bit level shifting with high speed.
