SN74AVC4T245RGYR TI Translators, Level Shifters
The SN74AVC4T245 is a 4-bit dual-supply non-inverting bus transceiver with configurable voltage-level shifting and 3-state outputs. It operates with VCCA and VCCB independently from 1.2 V to 3.6 V, supporting universal translation between 1.2-V, 1.8-V, 2.5-V, and 3.3-V voltage nodes. The device features direction control and output enable for bidirectional data flow. Propagation delay is 2.4 ns typical, with 12-mA output drive at 3.3 V. Packaged in a 16-pin VQFN (RGY), it is ideal for mixed-voltage system interfaces requiring 4-bit high-speed level translation.
