SN74AXC4T245PWR TI Translators, Level Shifters

The SN74AXC4T245 is a 4-bit dual-supply noninverting bidirectional bus transceiver with 3-state outputs, supporting universal voltage translation from 0.65V to 3.6V on both ports. It operates with VCCA and VCCB independently from 0.65V to 3.6V, enabling translation between any low-voltage nodes including 0.7V, 0.8V, 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V. The device features direction control (DIR) and output enable (OE) pins referenced to VCCA. It supports up to 320Mbps data rate and features bus-hold on data inputs to eliminate external pull-up/pull-down resistors. The SN74AXC4T245 provides VCC isolation and Ioff-float for partial-power-down operation. Selection is ideal for ultra-low-voltage mixed-system interfacing requiring 4-bit bidirectional translation.
