SN74AXC4T774PWR TI Translators, Level Shifters

The SN74AXC4T774 is a 4-bit dual-supply non-inverting bus transceiver with configurable voltage-level shifting and 3-state outputs. It operates with VCCA and VCCB independently from 0.65 V to 3.6 V, supporting universal translation between 1.2-V, 1.8-V, 2.5-V, and 3.3-V voltage nodes. The device features direction control (DIR) and output enable (OE) pins for bidirectional data flow. It supports up to 320 Mbps data rate and features bus-hold on data inputs to eliminate external pull-up/pull-down resistors. Packaged in a 16-pin TSSOP, it is ideal for mixed-voltage system interfaces. Applications include memory interfaces, peripheral communication between low-voltage processors, and multi-voltage buses in portable electronics, smartphones, and tablets.
