The SN74AXCH8T245 is an 8-bit dual-supply noninverting bidirectional bus transceiver with 3-state outputs, specifically designed for automotive applications. It operates with VCCA from 0.65V to 3.6V and VCCB from 0.65V to 3.6V, supporting universal voltage level translation between any 0.7V to 3.6V nodes. The device features 8-bit data transfer with direction control (DIR) and output enable (OE) pins referenced to VCCA. Maximum supply current is 25mA, and the device supports high-speed data transmission with automatic direction sensing. The SN74AXCH8T245 features bus-hold on data inputs to eliminate external pull-up/pull-down resistors and provides VCC isolation and Ioff-float for partial-power-down operation.
