SN74CB3Q3244PWR TI Signal Switches, Multiplexers, Decoders
The SN74CB3Q3244 is an octal high-bandwidth bus switch with low on-resistance of 5Ω typical, operating from 2.3V to 3.6V supply. It features 500MHz bandwidth and uses charge pump technology to achieve flat and low on-resistance across the entire signal range, minimizing signal distortion. The device provides 5V-tolerant inputs and supports rail-to-rail switching (0V to 5V). Two output enable pins provide independent control of 4-bit sections. Selection is optimal for high-speed memory and bus switching requiring minimal propagation delay. Applications include DDR memory bank switching, PCIe signal routing, notebook computer docking stations, and high-speed data acquisition systems requiring minimal signal distortion and propagation delay while preserving signal integrity.
