The SN74CBTLV3125 is a quad single-pole single-throw (SPST) bus switch with low on-resistance, operating from 2.3 V to 3.6 V supply. It features four independent switches with individual output enable (active-low) controls. On-resistance is 7 Ω typical with a 200-MHz bandwidth, and the device supports 5-V tolerant inputs. Propagation delay is 0.5 ns typical. Packaged in a 14-pin TSSOP, the SN74CBTLV3125 is ideal for bus switching and isolating in low-voltage systems.
