The SN74CBTLV3257 is a 4-bit 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer bus switch with a low on-resistance (5 Ω) and a wide bandwidth (200 MHz), operating from a 2.3-V to 3.6-V supply. It features 5-V tolerant inputs, rail-to-rail switching, and minimal propagation delay (0.25 ns). Packaged in a 16-pin SSOP (DBQ) (6.2 mm × 5.3 mm), it is ideal for bus switching and voltage isolation in high-speed applications.
