SN74HC02N TI Gates and Inverters
The SN74HC02 is a quad 2-input NOR gate operating from 2 V to 6 V supply. It features four independent 2-input NOR gates with low static power consumption of 20 µA maximum and high output drive capability of ±4 mA at 5 V. Propagation delay is 12 ns typical at 5 V. The device provides standard CMOS outputs with no internal pull-ups or pull-downs. Packaged in 14-pin PDIP for through-hole mounting, this device is suited for general-purpose NOR logic functions in high-speed CMOS systems.
