The SN74HC125 is a quad bus buffer gate with 3-state outputs, featuring four independent non-inverting buffers. It operates from 2V to 6V and provides independent output enable (active-low) for each buffer. High drive capability of ±6mA at 5V and propagation delay of 12ns typical. The device allows each buffer to be enabled or disabled independently, offering maximum flexibility. Selection is ideal for multi-driver bus systems requiring independent channel control.
