SN74HC175DR TI Flip Flops
The SN74HC175 is a quad positive-edge-triggered D-type flip-flop with a direct active-low clear input and complementary outputs (Q and Q̄) from each flip-flop . It operates from 2 V to 6 V supply, features a typical propagation delay of 13 ns, and can drive up to 10 LSTTL loads while consuming 80 μA maximum of ICC . The outputs drive ±4 mA at 5 V with low quiescent current. The device is ideal for data storage, shift registers, and buffer/ storage registers in high-speed CMOS digital systems. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC, it is suited for general-purpose state storage in computing peripherals, industrial controls, and telecommunications equipment requiring four data capture channels with complementary outputs and a master clear function .
