SN74HC373DWR TI Latches

The SN74HC373 is an octal transparent D-type latch with 3-state outputs, operating from 2V to 6V supply. It features latch enable (LE) that passes data to outputs when high and latches data when low. Output enable (OE) places outputs in high-impedance state for bus sharing. Propagation delay is 20ns typical at 5V. The device provides high drive capability and low power consumption typical of HC logic. Selection is ideal for high-speed CMOS systems requiring transparent latching. Applications include I/O port expansion, address and data latching for microprocessor systems, bidirectional bus interfaces, and temporary data storage in industrial and consumer electronics.
