SN74HC373N TI Latches
The SN74HC373 is an octal transparent D-type latch with 3-state outputs, operating from a 2-V to 6-V supply. When the latch enable (LE) is high, data passes through to the outputs; when LE is low, data is latched. The output enable (OE) places all outputs in a high-impedance state for bus sharing. Propagation delay is 20 ns typical at 5 V. Packaged in a 20-pin PDIP (N) (24.33 mm × 6.35 mm) for through-hole mounting, this latch is ideal for address and data latching in microprocessor systems. Applications include I/O port expansion, address latching for 8-bit buses, and temporary data storage in industrial controls and consumer electronics.
