SN74HC373NSR TI Latches
The SN74HC373 is an octal transparent D-type latch with 3-state outputs, operating from 2V to 6V supply. When latch enable (LE) is high, data passes through to outputs (transparent mode); when LE is low, data is latched. Output enable (OE) places outputs in high-impedance state for bus sharing. Propagation delay is 20ns typical at 5V. The device provides high drive capability and low static power consumption. The NSR suffix indicates SOIC-20 (NS) package on tape and reel. Selection is ideal for high-speed CMOS systems requiring transparent latching for bus interfaces in wide-body package format.
